Biography

Esther Paul-Effiong is a graduate from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH). She has worked as a volunteer in several organizations such as Offiong Ikpeme Foundation, Nigeria; STILT NG, Nigeria; and the Movement for Youth and Children's Rights Organization (MYCRO-Sierra Leone). She has worked as a junior staff at Eastern Technical University Kenema, Sierra Leone as an Assistant Lecturer, lecturing City and Town Planning, and worked at Ernest Bai Koroma University, Magburuka, as a Tutor. Her aspiration as a young leader is to be able to impact her generation on discovering who they are and fulfilling their purpose.

Role & Contribution at DCNCD

Esther Paul-Effiong manages DCNCD's media communications, public relations, and operational logistics. Leveraging her academic background in Urban and Regional Planning and tertiary teaching experience at Eastern Technical University and Ernest Bai Koroma University, she coordinates media campaigns, event operations, and youth empowerment initiatives.
